A rare and eccentric gin, produced in 350 bottles. Only 7 botanicals with a queen: Chamomile Vulgaris, hand-picked near a century-old cherry tree that has given it sweetness and aromas, to create a distillate as simple as it is unique. The aroma is sweet, with accentuated notes of chamomile and hints of juniper and herbs. The color is golden yellow, given by the cold infusion of the flowers. The taste is strong, but delicate. The persistent flavor, initially sweet and then more savory, with a soft and rounded finish. Content 700ml
