Description
Sagrestan is a celebration of the authentic flavors of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a deep call to the past and the territory.
It is a pure artisanal vermouth, made from infusions and macerations of botanicals hand-picked by Federico and his family. Inspired by a secret recipe from 1946, it is produced with Ribolla Gialla, an indigenous Friulian wine.
The name Sagrestan pays homage to Federico's grandfather, the village sacristan, who cultivated vines in the same garden now dedicated to botanicals.
The label, hand-designed by Friulian artist Marta Lorenzon, celebrates this heritage: it depicts Pietro, the grandfather, with an owl's head, a symbol of memory and vision.
