Description
A rare and eccentric gin, produced in only 350 bottles. Just 7 botanicals, with one absolute star: Camomilla Vulgaris, hand-picked near a centuries-old cherry tree, which gives it unique sweetness and aromas.
The aroma is sweet, with pronounced notes of chamomile and hints of juniper and herbs. The golden yellow color comes from the cold infusion of the flowers.
On the palate, it is decisive yet delicate, with a lingering flavor: initially sweet, then more savory, leading to a soft and rounded finish.
