Description
Gin distilled with 7 botanicals and characterized by a double pass in wooden barrels. It is aged first in Barbados Rum barriques and then in Schioppettino Vermouth cherry wood barriques.
During aging, Rum and Vermouth penetrate the pores of the wood, extracting aromatic components, pigments, and color. It is precisely this process that gives the gin its dark amber color, with woody nuances and intense notes that recall the finest spirits.
