Description
CASSIS ELIXIR is made with pure blackcurrant juice.
With a silky and enveloping taste, it presents a well-defined structure and a discreet alcoholic perception, in line with tradition. The sugar is perfectly balanced, while the body develops between soft sweetness and delicate acidity, for a complex profile, with a round and persistent finish.
Excellent to enjoy on its own, preferably cold or with ice, it is ideal with dessert. With structured white wine or champagne it becomes perfect for great classics such as Kir and Kir Royal, to be served as an aperitif. It is also a star in the famous Singapore Sling.
Any sediment at the bottom indicates the naturalness of the raw materials.
Made according to an ancient Italian recipe from 1882, with a touch of modernity and without chemical additives.
