Federico's Distillery

The Gin island is where Federico's distillery was born. We are in Polcenigo, one of Italy's most beautiful villages in the province of Pordenone, surrounded by green mountains.

Here, time flows slowly, like the fresh streams and brooks that surround this beautiful village nestled in the nature of the Friulian foothills.

On this small island, right in the center of Polcenigo, stands Cremasco's Distillery, his laboratory, and a botanical garden where you can observe and experience Federico's plants and work firsthand. It is in this magical place that Fred cultivates, experiments, and creates his spirits and liqueurs.

Alongside the laboratory is Officina delle Tinture, Federico's venue, where our Bartender Alessandro offers Drinks & Focaccias: excellent cocktails paired with focaccias, all freshly prepared with quality ingredients and great passion. Many experiences, tours, and tastings can be enjoyed on the island and at the Distillery.

From the classic tasting of the product line to the creation of personalized Gin with herbs and Federico's help.

We have also created tours, walking or e-bike itineraries, to discover the area: nature, history, and food and wine to get to know Federico, Polcenigo, and our beloved Friuli Venezia Giulia.
